Dear Supporters,
On the 23rd of November having seen the devastating effects the drought was having in the Tsavo ecosystem, we launched a fundraiser to support efforts of transporting water to dried waterholes to water wildlife. This prevents wildlife from going into nearby villages where they can destroy crops and cause injuries to communities.
With the generosity of our supporters we were able to deliver overs 1000s of liters of water where literally 10,000s of wildlife have benefitted from this project. From elephants and buffalos to birds and little critters, insects and birds.
We are happy to report that there have since been rains pouring in and that most of the dried water holes have now been filled up with rainwater.
We are keeping on monitoring the situation closely and are working with community members that have been affected by the drought.
Don't forget to give us a follow on our social media pages to keep up to date with our latest work. Until then keep your hearts wild!
